Account and data deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your NForge account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to make a deletion request and what happens when you do.

How to request deletion

Option 1: In the NForge app

The quickest way to request account deletion is from within the NForge mobile app:

  1. Open the NForge app and go to your Profile page.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm your request in the dialog that appears.

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at contact@nforge.fit with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your NForge account so we can identify your data.

What data is deleted

When we process your deletion request, we will remove the following data:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your profile information (name, email, photo, biography)
  • Your business profile and settings
  • Content you created (workout plans, nutrition plans, programmes, classes)
  • Client relationships and session history
  • Notification preferences and device registrations

What data may be retained

In certain cases, we may need to retain some information after your account is deleted, as required by law:

  • Transaction records: Payment and invoice records may be retained for up to 6 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
  • Legal obligations: Any data required to comply with legal, regulatory, or dispute resolution requirements.

Timeframe

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will be logged out of the app immediately when you submit the request.
